Boat Conditions
- You can choose to sail without a skipper if you hold a valid sailing license for the Mediterranean Sea. Should you wish to hire a skipper, stewardess, and/or cook, we will be happy to arrange professionals for you. If the rental company provides a professional skipper, he is responsible for the navigation of the yacht and only accountable for damages caused by him, but not for damages caused by the rental client and/or the crew.
- CREW (requires your own cabin). Fees are paid on-site. It is at the clients' discretion whether they want the crew to join them ashore for meals. Provisions must be available on board for the crew; otherwise, the cost for their meals is 30 euros/day/person. Crew tips are not included in the fee.
- In case of cancellation, from 0 to 35 days prior to embarkation, the client must pay the full amount, as we are obliged to cover the crew's fees.

Should you wish to hire a skipper, hostess, and/or chef, we will be happy to arrange professionals for you. If the rental company provides a professional skipper, he or she is responsible for the navigation of the yacht and is liable for any damages caused solely by him or her, but not for damages caused by the rental client and/or the crew.
