It has over 150 employees and operates from four locations in Ibiza, Mallorca, and Marbella. Its catalog features more than 700 yachts and vessels available for purchase or charter, completing more than 2,500 charters each year, making it one of the largest charter companies in Europe.
It is part of the Smart Group, a business group that also includes yacht charter (Smart Charter) and luxury real estate (Smart Estates) in Ibiza and Mallorca.

The headquarters (HQ) is located at Polígono Gesa, Calle Voluntariado 6, Ibiza, alongside the large workshop and the sales office in Marina Botafoch.
The other two offices are situated in Mallorca (Av. Gabriel Roca, El Terreno, Palma) and Marbella (Puerto Banús, Local 42).
