Cabins: 2 The 2008 Alaska 48 is built with meticulous attention to detail in its interior design. The ceiling, upholstered in beige leather along with a large central wooden frame, creates an elegant lounge area where you can enjoy time both day and night, thanks to its large windows and LED lights throughout the cabin.
All furnishings on the vessel are made from well-maintained solid wood, giving it an admirable aesthetic appearance. Moreover, the upholstery on the sofas has been preserved as good as new, retaining the spectacular feel of the fabric.
Regarding its interior layout, the 2008 Alaska 48 features a large central salon, which has the potential to convert thanks to the sofa on the starboard side, which can turn into a sofa bed. It also features another chaise longue sofa on the port side, alongside a solid wood table. Additionally, in this cabin you can enjoy watching the flat-screen TV installed alongside a DVD player or play your favorite music thanks to its sound system. For added comfort, air conditioning and heating are available in all cabins.
The kitchen is located on the port side, next to the helm station. It is fully equipped, and in 2021 two new refrigerators were installed, as can be seen in the images. It also has a freezer, electric cooktop, extractor hood, oven/grill, stainless steel sink, coffee maker…
On the other hand, the owner's cabin is found after descending the steps leading to the berths, passing through the kitchen and helm station. There is a wide corridor that leads us first to the owner's cabin, located on the starboard side. It is a spacious cabin with an ensuite bathroom that features a king-size bed where you can stay during your voyage or at the dock. It should be noted that all the hatch portals are made of reinforced steel.
In the owner's cabin, you can enjoy various comforts such as air conditioning/heating, flat-screen TV, or sound system.
The guest cabin is located at the end of the corridor leading to the berths. It is a cabin that features a king-size bed and offers amenities like air conditioning/heating or flat-screen TV.

Engine: The vessel is serviced every six months by an official service maintaining and replacing necessary parts. The last maintenance of the engines was carried out in July 2022, where engine belts, seawater pump belt, generator belt, engine oils, gear oils, engine oil filters, fuel filters, generator oil and fuel filter, generator separator filter, and the two engine batteries were all changed.

Observations/Additional information: Fantastic 2008 Alaska 48 motor yacht available at Viveza-Yachts. This is a true specimen of a luxury yacht, completed and registered in November 2008. Since then, its owner has meticulously cared for it, with regular maintenance and inspections kept up to date. It currently flies the Spanish flag, all taxes paid, 7th registry, and navigational zone 2, up to 60 miles. The ITB is currently valid and has recently been passed. It measures 14.63 meters in length with a beam of 4.25 meters, making the Alaska 48 FT a unique motor yacht with very low consumption due to its Cummins engine and its light displacement. The interior layout includes a main salon, with one of the sofas convertible to a bed, followed by a fully equipped kitchen next to the interior helm, and finally leading to the bow, the owner's cabin and the guest cabin, with the owner's cabin having an ensuite bathroom and the guest cabin having a restroom right next to it. All through-hull fittings were replaced in February 2023, and taking advantage of the haul-out, the entire hull was stripped and the ITB was updated. The vessel is in very good condition, available for viewing.
