Cancellation Conditions
- The fees charged to the renter for early cancellation will be:
- 20% of the total rental fee if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before embarkation.
- 40% if it's between 30 and 60 days prior to boarding.
- 50% if it's between 30 and 15 days before boarding.
- 100% if it's within 15 days of embarkation.
- c. If the skipper determines that the weather endangers the safety of passengers, and if no agreement is reached between the company and the
- customer for an alternative date, the contract will be canceled and the company will refund the amounts paid by the renter up to that point, less a 10% fee for
- administration costs.
- d. Cloudy weather or rain will not be a valid reason for cancellation.
