Cancellation policy
Cancellation Conditions
- The costs charged to the renter for early cancellation will be:
- 20% of the total rental fee if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before embarkation.
- 40% if it is between 30 and 60 days prior to boarding.
- 50% if it is between 30 and 15 days before boarding.
- 100% if it is within 15 days leading up to embarkation.
- c. If the skipper determines that the weather poses a risk to passenger safety, and if an agreement cannot be reached between the company and the
- customer to find an alternative date, the contract will be canceled and the company will refund the amounts paid by the renter up to that point minus 10% for
- administrative fees.
- d. Cloudy weather or rain on the charter day will not be a valid reason for cancellation.
